A cool, wet winter followed by a mild growing season was perfect for ripening Chenin Blanc with great flavour intensity. 

From a late and cool growing season that gave smaller, more flavourful bunches and lifted aromatics. The 2023 Chenin Blanc has a textured palate, balanced with a mineral, saline edge and long, pithy finish.

All four grape varieties on the vineyard (Grenache, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chenin Blanc) were handpicked for this ‘field blend’ rosé.
