All four grape varieties on the vineyard (Grenache, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chenin Blanc) were handpicked for this ‘field blend’ rosé.

There’s an energy and density that showcases what Grenache from old vines can do in Blewitt Springs. 

This wine shows lovely pure violet and blueberry aromas, some earth, dark salted chocolate notes, and ripe mouthwatering tannins.

From a late and cool growing season that gave smaller, more flavourful bunches and lifted aromatics. The 2023 Chenin Blanc has a textured palate, balanced with a mineral, saline edge and long, pithy finish.
